“Power Advance” is designed for super-smooth flow,  while offering interesting choices and opportunities for clever plans.  Like most deckbuilding games, players start with weak hands, and strengthen their deck as play progresses.

When a player has at least “7” buying power on their turn, they can opt to go into the “vault” and draw 2 cards.  They then choose one of the cards to keep, and the other is removed from the game.  This is where the “victory points” are, and other powerful cards.  You can win by “point count” or “color matching”.
